Run done and dusted this morning. Must say having a cramp start in my left calf made it more challenging. Didn't stop though. Only two weeks to go.

Well done! Cramp can be a signal for insufficient hydration. Muscles rely on water and oxygen for optimum performance so this might be a call to check your hydration habits and breathing technique. 👍🏻
As well as hydration mentioned by GoGo_JoJo dynamic stretching pre run might help if it is a recurring issue.
Static stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow, as recommended in the guide to the plan.
Many people do not hold their stretches for long enough or put enough effort in. Hold post run stretches for 30 seconds and make sure the pull is strong enough to be on the verge of discomfort.
