How did you find it?!
I found it quite hard, but I did it! Found it easier at the weekend. It’s funny how differently you can feel from one week to the next. I think it depends on food, water consumption, weather, tiredness....
Definitely the water for me, if I don't hydrate enough, I can feel it in my legs after about 10 minutes.
I stuck to the same route throughout my Couch to 5K and as soon as I finished I went on a different route and absolutely loved the run and ran 8 minutes longer than I had done on W9R3 so maybe change the route on your last week (I know I was reluctant to when I did mine as I wanted to keep the route I knew well but kind of feel that my last week would have been more enjoyable if I had changed it)
