Wk7r2 done. So far so good amazingly. Hot feet, changed lacing on my new trainers (New Balance - do they loosen?!)

Enjoying using Strada app. However it is showing that I’m averaging 9.57km pace. And it is the warmup and warmdown walks that increase that statistic! Would be nice if eventually I jog faster than I walk!

I’m at the same stage as you. So that I could more accurately calculate my pace etc, I only record once I start running rather than hit my activity button in my Apple Watch at the start of the warm up walk. So as soon as Jo says go, I record my run! That way I wasn’t having to try and guess

Good idea, I use my Fitbit charge 3 and the Nike app which automatically pauses but don't think the Fitbit does, so I will try not starting it until I actually start running. 🏃‍♀️😁
