Excuses or right?

I have not been out for over a week now. I was using my commute time to exercise but now asked to return to work! Luckily I’m teaching on line now from next week Wednesday and have Fridays off so that’s two running days. Problem is fitting in third. Late work and out on Mondays and I go for a walk with a friend on Sundays to support her. Just not sure how to fit in third run.

If you are committed you will find a way, or just fit in what you can manage.

Anything is better than nothing.

Perhaps an evening run would give a long enough break.

Is it possible for you to run during a lunch break, before eating lunch?

If not, I guess it isn’t such a problem to adapt C25k for two runs a week: ignore the week numbers and just keep following the order of runs. It’ll take longer than 9 weeks but you’ll still be progressing.

No I only have two half hour breaks so not practical.

That’s a pity. I’d just follow the runs then and not the weeks. You’ll get to graduation a little bit longer, but no problem.

There's no hard rule that means you have to do three runs per week. The "weeks" are just convenient groups of three runs.
