That's great, thank you. And thanks for the speedy turnaround on the graduate badge.
While I'm very pleased to have graduated, and to have clocked up 5.4k in the graduation run, I'm also a bit sad at saying goodbye to the fantastic structure that C25K provides; I'm definitely going to miss Laura's timely and gentle encouragements through future runs.
Therefore, any and all pointers to anything that helps enable the formation of a new framework for maintaining and advancing running progress will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you again, and big thanks to everyone on this forum for all the helpful hints, tips, advice and support.
I, and am sure many others, couldn't have done it without you all.
I graduated today. Feeling fantastically proud of myself. Thanks for all the support. Bit nervous about what I do next to keep it up but will think about that later - at the moment I canβt stop smiling π
Hello , I would like a Graduation badge please . I completed today . I have decided to also do the 5K run on 26th September for cancer research... Canβt wait. I also plan to run 5K at least twice a week to keep my heart and head healthy πββοΈπ
I can see your badge! If you cannot see it next to your name on your posts and comments, perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If that is the case I'm afraid you will need to log in via your web browser instead - then you should be able to see your badge xx
Hello. Please give me my badge...π. I graduated on Saturday 29th August, 2 days after my 58th birthday! It's taken more than 9 weeks to get there, as took it slow over the really hot weather, but eventually I've done every training run!!
You have your badge. If you cannot see it next to your name on your posts and comments, perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If that is the case I'm afraid you will need to log in via your web browser instead - then you should be able to see your badge xx
Hi. I Proudly graduated my 5K three weeks ago- can I have a badge?! Now consolidating and got my time down to 31mins. Aiming for 30 mins then thinking about 5to 10K as I seem to have become addicted to the run!
Completed last run last night after starting on May 6th, getting to W7R3 and picking up an ankle injury which took me out for 5 weeks - got back in by doing 3 20 min runs and got there eventually. Failed W9R3 badly on Monday but kind of knew that was going to happen so went out last night and..........Completely novice runner who turned 55 during this journey! I did it! Just under 5K in 30 mins so that is my goal for now.
Feeling pretty chuffed with myself today for completing C25K πββοΈπa milestone in my books !! Iβm 58?and have just started this running journey, hopefully to carry on until I drop !!
I have given you your badge. If you can't see it next to your name on your posts and comments perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If so, abandon it and log in via your web browser instead, then you should be able to see your badge xx
I can't believe I've done it. It's the first time I've run in my life (except for occasionally running for the bus). I am so excited that I could actually run for 30 minutes, non-stop. I am so grateful for Ct5K!
I have given you your badge. If you can't see it (the word 'Graduate') next to your name on your posts and comments perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If so, abandon it and log in via your web browser instead, then you should be able to see your badge xx
Congratulations, runner!!! I hereby award you your badge! It is a virtual one seen as the word 'Graduate' next to your name on your posts and comments xxx
I would love my Graduation Badge, please! Today I completed my 3rd 30 minute week 9 run after having started C25K during lockdown - like so many others. It certainly took over 9 weeks and I went through many doubts, discomforts, and trying out new ways of managing the process- and I got there! So pleased. Can't wait to see my badge. Thanks!
I gave you your badge in August. If you can't see it (the word 'Graduate') next to your name on your posts and comments perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If so, abandon it and log in via your web browser instead, then you should be able to see your badge xx
Hello, completed C25k w9r3 this morning before it got too hot, feeling elated and requesting my badge please. More of a lurker on this forum but its helped immensely over my 9wk journey, the programme is just incredible, thanks to all involved x
I would love a badge please. When i ran 30 mins and only did 4.5 k I went for a run with my mums partner and managed a very very slow 5.5k!! So pleasedπ
Just found this site but graduated on 31st July 2020.
I'm 74 and although reasonably fit I've always hated running and did it during lockdown whilst my gym was closed. Can't say I enjoyed it but I did get a buzz from completing the course and intend to carry on with 20min runs.
Iβm 67 and although like you I canβt say I enjoy the actual running , I do love the feeling afterwards. It makes me feel that I am keeping old age at bay for as long as I can. Congratulations on graduating, isnβt it a great feeling.
Just completed C25k, for first half of run accompanied by the gremlin in my head telling me I will fail and give up, as I have started so many things in the past and given up, but maybe, just maybe as I get older I will improve my stickabilityπ Thanks to everyone who supported me, all the good advice on this site and big virtual hug to the lovely Laura who was with me every step of the wayπ
Hi, graduated yesterday. I feel so proud of myself right now, everyone else who has completed c25k and those who are still on their journey! Would love a badge please π
There is a lot of useful information in the posts linked in my post above - grab a cuppa and have a read! And I don't know if you are aware of parkrun yet, but I think that might be of interest π
I'm so excited because I completed w9r3 this morning & my app now shows graduate! Looking back I'm amazed that I made it to the end but so satisfied. Can I have a badge please?
Yes, I graduated C25K in January 2015, and I have run a couple of ultramarathons since, although a couple of years ago now! I will do more though - love the long distances πππ
not yet! far from it, I just want to make sure i can keep up what i have gained for a couple months before thinking about long distances, but the idea seems good.
You definitely can't have a bad, you can have an AWESOME!!! though π And there's your badge too - congratulations, runner!!!

Iβve done it! Did Wk9 R3 tonight and made it a 5k in just under 50 mins. So by far the longest run Iβve done for too many years. Feeling so good! Great program.
Hello, I have finished week 9 and done 2 consolidation runs since. It has been the best thing to come out of the pandemic for me, by miles! Thank you Public Health England.
Have you thought of having an official tee shirt with the Cto5k logo on? I am sure loads of people would buy it and wear it, and enable us to wave to each other when out running! Profits could help a charity or the NHS.
I would buy one! There is a website selling some but they aren't very nice to be honest and don't have the official logo on.
There was a t-shirt (and badge) available to buy, but I have just checked and the link to buy t-shirts appears to be broken (this makes me wonder about the badge too). Here is a link to the badge - you can see the t-shirts on there at least! I have messaged the company to ask them about it.
I have given you your badge. If you can't see it (the word 'Graduate') next to your name on your posts and comments perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If so, abandon it and log in via your web browser instead, then you should be able to see your badge xx
Hi have just completed C25k today, am so chuffed and never thought I would do it. Could I please have a badge as don't often complete things so this is a great achievement for me. Thank you π
Hiya, I did it! ran the last run of week 9 this morning and thoroughly enjoyed it, and when I added the 5 mins walk at each end I had 5K, so posted in my local Parkrun virtual 5K as well. A double first!! Thank you for helping me to acheive this milestone, but mostly thank you for all the encoragement and generous community love that have inspired me to keep going and to enjoy my running. I'm not fast but I do have the widest grin!
Hi, I completed the C25K this morning, managed 4.86K in the 30 minutes, then increased my pace to cover the remaining distance to 5K. Two milestones (or should that be kilometrestones) achieved. I would love a badge to wear with pride.
Hello, I graduated a few weeks back and would like a badge please. I have consolidated and bought new shoes to celebrate but they don't feel great - tight calves, might have to get used to them or change it up, bit of a surprise hiccup. I thought I'd love having new shoes!
I have given you your badge. If you can't see it (the word 'Graduate') next to your name on your posts and comments perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If so, abandon it and log in via your web browser instead, then you should be able to see your badge xx
I'd love a badge, I graduated today, no cheating, just doing exactly what was told (lots of help from Ianodetruffe too). The start of a new life, one of the better things to come out of Covid
I'd love a badge please. After a few wobbles along the way I finally did my graduation run on Thursday. Now aiming to get my speed up so I can run the full 5K, but so chuffed that I made it to 30 mins.
Glad to have the recognition for completing the 9 weeks, thank you! I have kept on with a jog every other day and now need to read about consolidation. sometimes I only make it 25 mins and so far I have broken through the 5k target once, when I kept at it for 32 or 33 mins. since then have not achieved that again but I would like to make sure I'm in the right group for keeping going towards that aim.
There you go, superstar!! Congratulations, runner!!!
The links in this post will give you lots of ideas about what to do next. Consolidation is about getting comfortable with running for 30 minutes, but after that the world is your oyster xxx
I have given you your badge. If you can't see it (the word 'Graduate') next to your name on your posts and comments perhaps you are using the Health Unlocked app? If so, abandon it and log in via your web browser instead, then you should be able to see your badge xx
Completed my final run on Saturday! 5k but took me alot longer than 30 mins! Did it again today to make sure it wasnt a fluke!! ππͺ Can i have a badge please? π
I would be delighted to have a graduate badge appearing by my name. Feeling proud to have finally achieved this today and now able to run continuously for 30 minutes.
Hi, I just realised, I finished my c2k5 last run back in March (I worked this out from the post I sent the day after I completed it), but did not yet receive my virtual badge, was not aware at the time I had to request it. Can you please award me that now, thanks very much
Graduated about an hour ago this is the second time for me as I also done it back in June but life got in the way so decided to do it again!! Would love a badge this time.
Feel so pleased with myself. Would never have believed 9 weeks ago that I'd be able to run for 30 mins. Thanks for the encouragement of the app and all the advice on here. Now for a voddie!!ππππππ
Hi I have graduated this week completing W9R3 on Wednesday ππ could I request my badge please. It took me 10 weeks but I am now running for 30 minutes and will start my consolidation runs today! πββοΈπββοΈ

Thank you so much. It was a huge accomplishment. Hated running at school, and was always last in cross country and short distance runs. Back then (decades ago) the name and shame approach was used in schools, so a list was written up each week of the pupils and their completion time for each run. This list was posted in the central hallway of the school building for all to see. My name was always at the bottom. Today, almost 40 years on I received my Graduate badge for running.... THANK YOU!!!!
Hello, please can I have my βbadgeβ I completed my last run today and graduated... Nearly 33 minutes and 4.55k - was going to try and keep going to 5K, but thought better of it! Thereβs no rush....
Completed week 9 this morning π. Gonna continue to complete three 30 minute runs for the foreseeable! Canβt imagine Iβll graduate to 10k but who knows π€·π»ββοΈπ
Hi Roseabi. I hope everything's ok, or ok as possible, and that this message reaches you ok too.
I was just wondering whether it might be possible to get a graduation badge for September, if that's ok?
It's just that I managed to complete my training on the Couch to 5K app last Sunday, as I combined doing my last run of week nine on the app with doing my Cancer Research 5K Race for Life challenge that I signed up for.
I hope that's ok, and that I might still be able to get my graduation badge for my final run that I did last Sunday.
