What a beautiful bank holiday weekend up in the Lake District. Up and out early Saturday morning in the glorious cool early sunshine and a slow and steady 7K running along the Morecambe bay estuary with Coniston Old Man in the background. 😊
Bank holiday Monday trot round a shorter route with my Son this morning, 4K at very slightly faster pace (yes HE did go round again while I did my cool down walk back).

I have been doing a lot of photography on the hoof with my phone - lots of blurry shots and wonky horizons but have managed some nice pictures that at least capture the memory!
You’re absolutely right it is a a good way to make a keepsake but just realised I’d said ‘with’ my phone, I meant without 🤪 Have been going with just my watch and headphones , leaving my phone behind but next time might well take it along for a memory opportunity! X
Ah, that makes sense now. Just watch and headphones sounds lovely and free, but I do like having my comfort blanket along for the ride (and the music).
