Mind and body prepared but had a bit of bother with the gadgetry. First the BBC Sounds app kept crashing before the run. D’oh! Next Strava kept giving me the pop up for subscribing to one of its paid plans. No thanks! Then theC25k gave me the pop up asking me to rate the app. Laters! With all that, I clean forgot to stretch. Bad!
Having read some of the messages about breathing and not being conscious of my rhythm time, I thought I’d check it this run. Odd, but I seem to breathe out on the fifth beat. This means it’s on alternate feet striking the ground. It feels comfortable though. Maybe I can get a job as drummer for a Dave Brubeck tribute band. Take Five?
