Sharing my thoughts with any new c25k who are struggling.
I’m on w8 run 2 tomorrow. Honestly I can’t stress enough how much self doubt I’ve had , in fact at the beginning of each run I wonder if I’ll make it. I’m slow and it’s not pretty lol.
On the positive side ... due to redundancy I’m writing my first cv and on my hobbies I can add running 🏃♀️ ( and I’m not lying)
Anyway... use this blog for support advice and encouragement.
I’m away next week but if all goes to plan I might be graduating on Bournemouth Pier next Friday. Although I won’t be too hard on myself if I don’t get the runs Whilst away.
Keep plogging ! ❤️

Congratulations on getting to week 8, only one more week until you graduate, by all means put running as one of your hobbies on your CV for future employment.
I started my graduation run of week 9 on a pier in June 2018 and ran along a promenade, 25 miles from where I live, good luck for you future employment and of course your graduation run next week.
Well done on your progress, what an achievement! Especially when you’re battling with so much self-doubt. Check out a video I posted in my last thread about mindset, it’s helping me a lot.
Sorry to hear about your redundancy. I’m in the same boat sadly. At least running is something we have control over. Best of luck with employment. As for completing the programme, it doesn’t sound like you need luck. You’ve come this far, I have no doubt you will nail Week 9. You can do it! 🏃🏼♀️💥
