So I completed my lockdown C25k and have completed 2 consolidation runs so far. I have downloaded the C25k+ podcasts and will attempt to go through these over the coming weeks - aiming to do 1 podcast 3x in a week. If anyone has any ideas to continue my running. I do virtual 5k every week - I’m a volunteer virtual run director for the local ParkRun, we produce a weekly results table for anyone taking part.
