Hi everyone

I've got as far as W5R3, and have stalled I keep repeating R1 & R2, I find that after running for about 10 minutes, My throat becomes very uncomfortable, So although my not out of breath I'm not able to breath comfortably. I normally breath in through my nose and out through my mouth.

Any ideas please

Sorry that you cannot get past run 2 of week 5, perhaps you are running a little too fast or are not drinking enough water, if the problem persists get professional advice from a physio or doctor.

One thing to check is whether you are drinking enough.

I would echo the previous comments, I used to find this in the early weeks of the program and I definitely was trying to run too fast and I certainly wasn't drinking enough .

Ok thanks everyone I'll try drinking more and slowing down a bit. will let you know how I get on Cheers
