Wow, how good it feels to have found this app again and look at my previous posts... firstly America was amazing and I can’t believe I’ve just read a post from before I went on here 🙌 I started vouch to 5k years ago, got to week 4 and gave up, here I am back again ready to start this week... running Tuesdays, Thursdays & saturdays - leaving Monday, Wednesday & Friday for strength training and sundays as a rest day....
Firstly a lot has changed in 3 years and it feels goof to be reminiscing right now.... I went to America, worked as a sports coach, came back home for a year signed to a football team 😳 crazy, passed the FA level 1 football course, got a new dream job relocating to Swindon and then lost that job 7 days before I was due to start due to coronavirus / lockdown which led to also losing my car 🤷🏻♀️🙄 so that was that....
Now here I am taking a totally different path but which truly leads me to believe everything happens for a reason, losing that job has led me to believing in myself and applying for university in September 2021 to study dietetics.... nutrition game coming on strong.... so right now, the goal is to focus on me, learn as much as I can from now until September and go to university in the best shape of my life and hope I have the fitness standards to make the university football team 🙌💪
