W9 here I come!

Just completed W8R3 at last, two attempts for each run this week, have found it hard, but have done it this morning, last week now and I know I can do this!! 😁🏃‍♀️

I’m trying to convince myself to get out there ( in the rain) and do run 2 of week 8. I had to repeat the first run as I wimped out and walked a couple of times. It’s definitely mind over matter and I give up too easily when it’s tough. Good luck with week 9

Thank you, no rain here, was still windy when I went out and sun came out too so quite hot, wouldn't say no to a drop of rain now 😁
