After an incomplete run on Week 7 run 2, I took all of your advice. For 2 days I drank loads, rested and didn't beat myself up about it. I slowed my run right down and managed my 25 mins (plus a cheeky extra 5 mins πŸ™Œ) today. Pleased as punch! Thanks for everyone's support and encouragement! X
