I have my new running trainers sat waiting-unworn. I can't wait to get out but my chest has other ideas!
After several days of struggling with my asthma, I've been left weak and wheezy. Have to wait till Monday for my new inhaler so till then I darent risk a run.
Never had this itching to get out before! Especially annoyed as I only have 1 week left and then I'm back to the chaos of school/ work/ clubs as if the last 6 months have never happened!
Anyone else dreading the return to normality and worrying it'll impact on running time?

Hope you feel well enough to run soon, as to return to normality? hmm everything just as normal here, just get get up and go to work most days each week
I guess that'll be the way with a lot of people. I go back to work for the 1st time 2 days before my 3 children start back to school and their many activities resume.
The same with most mums I guess, I've been guilty of putting myself last. I'm hoping I have enough energy (&time) left to get some runs in!
