I battled through the wind and I kept it slow and steady. It wasn't my fastest or my longest but I finished strong, which is not true of my last 2 runs. Could I have gone longer? Nope. Could I have gone faster? Maybe a tiny bit but not by much at all. Am I disappointed? Not at all. Not this run. Any other and I may have been but for my final run...I owed it to myself to keep good form and a steady pace and prove I could stay in control from start to finish.
I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone on here for the support and encouragement. This community is awesome!
Me? a runner? Why yes...I think I am thank you very much.
