There's quite a bit of loony c25kers running antics going on at the moment... Increasing distances, races being run and signed up for, ideas floating about for a C25k running meet and the joining of running clubs! Actual proper local running clubs for people that run..

I have news too... Signed up for my first 5k race a race for life 15 Jul in Derby...

I'll be running with my best friend Emma, the one who is responsible for encouraging me and getting me to try running by showing me the C25k podcasts.

Well done on signing up for the Race For Life!!! I do this race every year but have always walked it.... This year is the year that I'm running it!! Mines on the 10th June and I'm really hoping that it goes well considering I'm injured at the mo - which is extremely frustrating!!! Good luck with it, cancer research needs us cos without event such as the Race For Life we wouldn't be able to kick cancer in the a$$!!!

then I add your OH to our list of family and friends affected we are running for; best friends mum currently having chemotherapy and radiotherapy, my uncle the currently undergoing the same at the moment, my gran had cancer, my aunt is a breast cancer survivor, sadly best friends friend lost fight a couple of weeks ago. x
