I'm at exactly the same stage as you! Week 5 run 3 for me tomorrow but the weather looks wild tomorrow where I am - eek!

It's only a big jump mentally. Physically, it's not that different from Week 4 and W5.1 and W5.2 .
Get it done, and nothing should faze you for the rest of program.
