After an extra rest day due to some leg twinges I was super eager to get out again today - but somehow the 3-minute intervals felt way harder today than my last run. Can't really identify a reason it would be that way, but eh - form varies day by day. I'm still very pleased I got it done 😁
Wondering if I need to start shaking up my running route - I've found one that doesn't take me past too many intersecting streets and busy roads, and that even has some tree-lined paths (I live in a city centre so that's not always easy) but I've read people saying you should really alternate routes... Suppose I'm going to have to start finding longer routes anyway as I move forward in the programme.
