7.15am, tucked up cosy in a warm bed, dogs snuggled, torrential rain outside. By 7.30am I am up, dressed, and ready to go.....albeit looking a bit of an idiot. Better to be safe (and dry-ish) than sorry! WK4R2 accomplished ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Wearing this jacket took a bit of getting used to as it made me slightly warmer than usual. But I actually really enjoyed running in the rain - it is quite peaceful.

Onwards and upwards - have a great day running everyone.

Well done to you!! Donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever left that early! However Iโ€™m as keen as you to get out the door. Iโ€™m just 1 run ahead of you. I start W5 tomorrow. Itโ€™s a great feeling isnโ€™t it? The thought of running would fill me with horror before but now I love it! I just spotted your dogs in a previous post - they are gorgeous!! Good luck on your next run. ๐Ÿ˜€

Love the name Moomin! Thank you, Iโ€™m not a morning person but find that I much prefer to get out first thing when itโ€™s quieter (and of late, much cooler). I like knowing Iโ€™ve completed my run before I get started with work and the rest of my day. Iโ€™m gearing up to Week5 ๐Ÿ˜†

No! Embrace the rain! Get wet! No need for a jacket unless itโ€™s freezing cold ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

Well done though ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

I wasnโ€™t necessarily worried about me, just didnโ€™t want my brand new WiFi headphones to get wet ๐Ÿ˜†

Running in the rain is the best! I've been known to arrive home soaked to the skin with my running jacket still tied round my waist.

Well done you, that's exactly how I felt this morning! I'm turning into a new woman altogether and so are you ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Well done! I am not a morning person as my husband will testify but on 'run' mornings I am out of the door at 7:30 while it's still hopefully cooler and before work and excuses get in the way! I've not run since school (many many years ago) and struggled with w1r1 but just completed w8r2 ๐Ÿ˜

Not a changed woman here, but definitely a changed guy.

Getting up willingly at 7am to go out and pound the streets wearing just a tee shirt, shorts, socks and shoes? That's so not me.

Yet that has been me for the last four weeks. (I did W8R2 this morning.)
