Oh so much better today, legs felt good no tight Achilles’ tendons and enjoyed it. Still have the issue of my face looking like a burst tomato by the end but I can cope with that 🤣🤣

Burst tomato - love it!
Do watch those achilles though, you don't want to be sidelined by injury. Make sure you warm up well before each run and then stretch well after, paying particular attention to calf stretches if your achilles are tight
