Ok so cheats here. I did repeat week one but with my asthma I’m taking at my pace. I really enjoyed the longer segments but realise I needed the first weeks to be able to run the extra seconds. A couple of weeks ago of you said I would be trying to run I’d have laughed so hard !!

Repeating is not cheating...........if it were then most of my runs over the last seven years would be cheats.
