I graduated on 7 July 2029, while suffering from chesty coughs and shortness of breath. It wasnβt bad enough to be anything serious but wasnβt the best for running. I donβt know how but I kept running three times a week. Some shorter ones, most full thirty minutes, one quick one which nearly killed me last Thursday! It was really hot day here too so only managed 24 minutes... Today my goal was to do a slow 33 minutes and no pressure on distance/speed. When I took my phone out after Laura told me that I had done my 30 minutes to check how long till 33 minutes the app said nearly 4.5k !! At that point I said to myself letβs do it, I was feeling pretty good and it felt like the right thing to do. And I did it, itβs a big mile stone for me who has suffered with ME for 11 years. There was a time when my two year old could do more than me. I never thought I would be running a 5k in my life, that was just not possible. I have been much better for last few years and building my strength back up slowly and now have been working full time for over a year. C25k has made it happen for me, it has made it easy and achieve able, it has been with me through these last few months and I am not going anywhere yet. I couldnβt have done with the support of you all. I am sorry for a long post but I feel like I need to get it out and some of you might be able to relate. Thanks so much for all the support along the way and here is to many many years of happy running πββοΈ π₯

Well done, it could still have been something serious, but not affecting you personally seriously. My Sister in law had a "bad back" a few weeks ago, when her son had a Covid antibody test and was positive she got one too and was also positive, she had had no other symptoms.
