The muscles around my hips aren’t so happy but the cool down stretches really help. Trying to keep mobile on my non run days but sometimes getting up from sitting down I’m like an old lady!
Had company on the way out for my warm up walk from my cat Arthur. He gets as far as the farm then on my way back he is waiting for me and we cool down walk back together 😂😻

I actually found it easier than the previous 2 weeks. It’s less stop start and I was surprised that running for three minutes was so doable and that I was doing it. It’s not in my genetic makeup to run so I impressed myself😂
