Advice please, and I'm sure this has been asked many times before.
I'm on W6R1. Sports tracker app and my OS map app both register my total distance today at 5.5k.
Should I now start to discount the warm up and cool down distance and only count the distance of the running and walking sections to know how far I'm actually doing?
I know by week 9 it's just running for 30 minutes and the warm up and cool down doesn't count towards the distance.
I hope this makes sense and there is a definitive answer out there.
