Treadmill vs Outdoors Running!!

Tried the gym for a change, after it was shutdown for 4 months or so.

I prefer, outdoors just didn't feel right stationary more or less, and the fun factor wasn't there.

Whats everyone's else view? 🏃‍♂️

Same! Dreadmill 💤

Also you get a lot sweatier inside! Outside, the air dries you a little as you go.

I alley seem to go slower for the same effort on a dreadmill.

I get far too hot running on a treadmill so my preference is definitely outdoors. In the winter I may feel differently though, I guess.

My thoughts aswell, as a backup plan, nothing worse than slippery conditions

I'm all for outdoor gyms, fresh air is much better for you :)

I won't hear a bad word said about treadmill running ;) I love it. Put some music on and I'm in a world of my own. I don't need to worry about other people getting in my way, vehicles trying to run me down, dangerous conditions underfoot, or stepping in something nasty. I can just run and run! Added bonus that the room is air-conditioned in summer :)
