Since I’ve completed my second 5K run Wednesday, I’ve ran 3 times since - but not another 5k😕

So stats below of my consolidations:

No 6 - decided to run for the 30 minutes as I was working in the afternoon. Ran 4.40K with an average of 6’49 - still under 7 minutes to happy with that🙂

No 7 - it was such a hot day yesterday! Changed my route and thought I’d aim for 5K, but was about to melt!! Also had a slower pace of 7’05, didn’t mind to much as I was enjoying😄

8 this morning! My sister had been doing C25K with me until we graduated (been consolidating on our own) Really thought I’d reach 5K today, but I had to stop as my sister had a really painful stitch, if I’d carried on she would’ve been well out of my sight!😪

Ran for 22 minutes - reached 3.30K so still quite pleased, also it was my first time running without Laura and any music! I thought I’d struggle a lot more without them but was a nice change!🙂

Sounds like you are running loads!

Are you running on consecutive days? Maybe you need a rest day for your body to repair and strengthen ?

I couldn’t run days in a row without my body reminding me rest is needed....

I do sometimes run 2 days in a row, but I did have a days rest in between each of these runs (although I ran yesterday and today - but for a shorter amount) I won’t be running now until Friday so will have a good rest.

Will go back to having a days rest in between and see if I improve😊
