Thanks to everyone for their tips on my aches. Am doing stretches before and after and things seem to be improving.

Have Week 5 run 3 looming and am really nervous. Any tips?

Hi Meanmommab...take it nice and easy, with steady breathing and stay relaxed, before you know it the time will have flown by.

Enjoy the run.

You were right. I felt it was my 'easiest' run of all! 👍😁

Are you grinning from ear to ear?

How many friends and relatives have you already bored to death telling them about your 20 minute run today?

Do not fear the 20 mins. It's just another run and you're ready for it.

The bonus is that you now have all the running time available to find your rhythm. You can stick to that rhythm without having to stop and walk then start running, then finding the rhythm again from scratch.

Slow and steady.

(I did this run yesterday.)
