I have been listening ahead in the podcasts to week 3 and can't believe how much of a jump there is from week 2!! Going from 90 seconds to a whole 3 mins!!!
I might do a couple more week 2's just to make sure I'm ready lol

Just take it as it comes would be my advice, every week I doubted I could make the step up but I always did (even if it was a struggle). Trust the programme it works!
The problem is, if you keep repeating weeks until you think you're ready, you'll never be ready! You just have to take that leap of faith and trust that you CAN do it.
Okay, it may be tough and you may struggle.....on the other hand you may find it isn't as bad as you thought and you succeed. How good will that make you feel!
If it really does prove to be too much, well, so what? You will still have run for longer than you thought you could so you've still succeeded - win/win situation as far as I'm concerned!
Follow the plan. As long as you complete each run, trust Laura and the plan. Honestly you will be fine. A lot of it is mental rather than physical as the plan does te physical side for you to prepare you. You just have to believe you can do it
I concur with all the above. Keep going FORWARD. It's the only way and trust the program cos it's brilliantly worked out.
Like everyone else has said - if you wait till you feel ready, you'll never get there!
Every week I felt unready for the next week. Every week I promised myself that I'd have 'just one go' at the first run of that week, and that when I failed it I'd go back and re-do the previous week. Not once did I fail and have to re-do a week.
I have no idea how it happened, but somehow just last night (9 weeks to the day since starting the programme) I got me a shiny new Graduate badge.
You can do it too. I promise.
A whole 3 minutes is actually only 2 lots of 90 secs. Think of it like that and it might be easier; you'll find (trust me) you can do it anyway. And then you've got Wk 5 Run 3 to look forward to - a really big jump to running for a whole 20 mins. But you'll find by the time you get there that you can run that too. It isn't magic but it sometimes feels like it!
