Tortoise getting a little faster

According to Runkeeper that was my fastest run yet. 3.93km in 32 mins and 8.17/km. Different music and a different route might have helped and it didn't feel like as much of a struggle as my last few runs have so that's given me a lift this morning. There's nothing quite like that warm down walk home when the streets are quiet, the sun is out and you feel all sweaty and satisfied. Really enjoyed that today 😁

Well done! Ah yes, that blissful post run feeling! Remember not every run will be further or faster - finding what makes t fun is just as important - if not more so! Mixing up routes, music, podcasts, audio books, NRC guided runs ... all will help you find the enjoyment and the variety that running can provide πŸ™‚
