It was slow and I’m now resembling a beetroot but am so happy to have completed week 6. Running for 25 mins is definitely an achievement for me and already looking forward to doing it again in a couple of days time. Helps that I’m on holiday in South Devon with a sea view

Gosh, fantastic! 25 minutes and it's official...you are a proper runner. I love that week 7 is 3 more of the same runs so consolidates it. Happy running in that beautiful area. Right with you. (Not in area...on the programme 👍🏻.)

To be honest I wasn’t looking forward to it but chose a good podcast to listen to and took it slowly. Good luck on your next run. Let me know how it goes
