Although I only completed wk9 run1 on my third attempt....I’ve finally got through it all and did run 3 yesterday. It’s all a bit of an anti climax for me really. Every 30 minute run was a struggle after my psychological block at the beginning of my final week and I never really felt the elation that I expected to feel on completion🙁.
I will continue and look forward to the day that I can do 30 minutes with ease......

I feel the same did my first consolidation run Friday early but still hot. At 26 minutes I was back at my house couldn’t carry on for another 4 minutes. But 26 minutes was still an achievement and I will hopefully do 30 minutes tomorrow. Just build up slowly you are not racing anyone else
Congratulations! You have completed your challenge. Be proud. Reward yourself. And then get planning the next part of your running journey.
