I’ve only gone and done it!!

Just back from my graduation run and I cannot stop grinning!!

It wasn’t pretty as I’ve been unwell this week ... post Covid demons are still hanging on in there (which is what inspired me to start this journey, so there is always a positive) but I needed this today and I CRACKED IT !!!

Actually there was one thing that WAS pretty .... my pace ..... it was pretty slow 🤣 But I DON’T CARE because it worked. I still can’t quite believe it!

Couldn’t have done it without the app and without this great supportive group. I even wore running shorts today 😳 ... that was pretty too ... as in pretty brave 🤣🏃‍♀️

Wherever you are in this journey, trust in the programme. It worked for me!!
