Week 7 run 3 and I had to stop after just 9 minutes as right leg was so sore. It’s a pain running from knee to back of calf. It was so hot and humid I don’t think that helped breathing wise either. Feel like such a failure. Just as I was thinking I could actually do this 😣

You are not a failure! Think how far you have come, at the start you were running for only 8 minutes in total and today although you were in pain you still managed 9 without stopping! Take a rest day or two to help the leg recover and repeat the run, some days are just easier than others with no rhyme or reason! Good luck 😊
