Just about to get my running gear on for what will be my last run which is less than a continuous 25 minutes. It's W6 R2 and I have to say this programme is very clever. Having completed that last 20 mins run on W5 the mindset for W6 is so positive, I am genuinely believing I can do this. Never felt like this ever about running but I would never have got this far either without all you lovely supportive people on here. In W1 completing just a minute almost killed me. For all of you in Weeks 1 to 5, believe me, you can do this. Happy running.

Brilliant Lottie...there's some tough runs on the way...& some are mentally challenging, but they're there for a reason & so far, so good...let us know how you've got on
Thanks. I'm sure the next 3 weeks will be very challenging but the difference is my glass is now half full rather than half empty. I am not going to let those doubting demons get the better of me 👍💪
Yayyy go Lottie your doing so well and your posts are so encouraging, you will be past that finish post in no time 😉
