Hello, lovely hub!

Some of you might remember that my stomach has been giving me a bad time lately. I have an infection of H.Pylori and this is the 3rd time I treat it with antibiotics. If it doesn't work I'll get referred to a specialist.

I have two questions for you, lovely people.

1) What are your thoughts about running and taking a very heavy load of antibiotics (two types together for this treatment)

2) Anyone here has any advice on how to help the treatment to work better?.

I only get the "Take twice a day" sort of instructions and I feel I might be doing something wrong, maybe?.

Thank you, stay hydrated today!.

Helicobacter Pylori is usually the cause of them. That's why I asked.

Yes sorry for my short answer, the antibiotics knocked me down and I passed out right after.

I don't think I have ulcers, I do have bouts of acidity and distention very related to stress and emotional problems.

Last time I had it was exactly last year when I embarked on a very expensive career-changing Bootcamp.

Thank you! x
