I completed couch to 5K on 13th May was doing consolidation runs broke arm on 19th May Saw Consultant and said I could start running Have gone back to beginning now on week 3 run 2 Is it possible to speed it up or should I just do it all again?

I restarted from week 1 during lockdown but I hadn't been for a run in at least 18 months! I think the suggestion to go back to week 5 is sensible, see how you feel. Good luck with it! 🍀
