I can’t believe I’ve nearly completed this! Very hot today, 27 degrees at 8am, but I froze my water and it defrosted beautifully on my run.

My legs felt quite tired and heavy, and my glutes were twinging, but I kept going and managed 4.6k in 36 minutes.

Really hoping to increase my pace and get to 5k for my last run. No pressure!

I feel very accomplished 😎

My last run is on Monday! Not bothering to track distance just amazed I’m able to run 30 mins! I feel a little sad it’s finishing as I like the structure. 😉
