Before starting this I considered myself pretty fit, but distance running is a whole nother level of fitness.
By Week 2 I thought i was running slow enough, but I was burnt out by the end of my 90 seconds running, so start of week 3 i decided to pick a slow playlist (140bpm running music) and slow my runs right down. I may not of got the same distance as I was getting in the earlier weeks, but i felt like I could run for a whole lot longer.
