Got home tonight and new shoes & socks arrived from sunny Belgium. So I thought wack them on and go and try W7R2. No breaking them in just feet first, "he who dares" and all that. Have to say totally transformed my run. I'm going to stick my neck out here and say they prob added 5 mins to a run, cant wait for W9 ! I didnt realise how worn my old ones were, although I'm going to keep the oldies for rainy winter forest runs 🙂🙃🙂
