Graduation Treat Fundraiser

I wrote the below in response to a C25K reflection question and thought I’d share it here too. Feel free to add in the comments below your thoughts/achievements!

C25K has kept me sane during these unprecedented times and allowed me much needed ‘me’ time. I’ve reconnected with my body and woke up my dormant muscle memory - getting stronger and fitter with every run.

This community has been an essential lifeline when the ‘Gremlin’s’ tried their hardest to stop me going out for a run! Friendly, supportive and informative!

Unfortunately, I’ve not made any purchases due to becoming unemployed (thanks COVID-19!) but I have a wish list: phone chest harness, headphones, proper running trainers and recovery shakes! One day ....

I’ve one run left of C25K (hopefully this Friday!) and I’m really looking forward to graduating and the next stage!
