Completed my graduation run last night! I changed the route on the final run of the week from a mostly uphill run to a much flatter route and made it to 4.4km! It’s good to feel that 5k might be a realistic goal but right now I’m just looking forward to consolidating. It feels great to have found a kind of exercise I can actually stand!
I’m thinking about treating myself to something for finishing, so I’d love to know what you all did for yourselves as a well done? I’ve been eyeing up Lush’s online store for goodies...

Now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement with whatever you fancy, there was a graduate yesterday who celebrated with a glass of rum, another who had several gins, I celebrated my graduation run with a drink of apple juice and a chicken sandwich. 😊 🏃🏾 🎓
I must admit I treated myself to a new sports bra which arrived on my graduation day-not very exciting but necessary!! I have been lurking on sweatybetty waiting for a sale - so far I’ve only ordered a headband! 😜
