Completed my graduation run last night! I changed the route on the final run of the week from a mostly uphill run to a much flatter route and made it to 4.4km! It’s good to feel that 5k might be a realistic goal but right now I’m just looking forward to consolidating. It feels great to have found a kind of exercise I can actually stand!
I’m thinking about treating myself to something for finishing, so I’d love to know what you all did for yourselves as a well done? I’ve been eyeing up Lush’s online store for goodies...
