Hi I’m j llydrops aka jo and on week 5 day 3 I don’t know how I’m going to manage the 20 min run but I’m doing it. I’ve done it before but on a treadmill and that was easier than road running as you set your pace on a treadmill I am loving it though and using it to get fitter and loose weight

Hi Jo!
Just take it slow and steady and you'll do just fine!

That one is all in the head, nice and slow and you’ll have no problem. Possibly take some music, is you don’t, to silence the gremlin if you have one that pops into your head.
In looking forward to your ‘wayhey, w5 R3 complete’ type post!
