After an aborted run last week I had another go this morning and I did it! Listening to U2’s ‘Beautiful Day’ whilst running in the rain and I even managed to pick up my speed in the last 60 seconds or so 😁

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs, it is a beautiful day for running, if you like running in the rain, this UK summer weather is not nearly as good as the previous few years have been
