I completed Week 2 then found I couldn't continue due to a course of medication, and started from scratch again about six weeks later, having completed that medication.
People here say a week's break wouldn't usually require a repeat. Maybe for breaks over a week you might want to go back a little further than the week of runs where you stopped.
Listen to what your body is saying to you. Repeating an earlier run to regain confidence is probably a good move. This is both a mental and a physical challenge.
Perhaps find your level by doing a run from Week 3 then a run from Week 4 before doing the Week 5 runs.
If you think you need to go back a week then do it. It's really a case of listening to your body. If the end takes more than9 weeks then sobeit (I took just under 12 weeks).
