Hi! Well today was my hardest run, probably because i felt quite tired before the run...... i gather that not all runs will be the same.... it all depends on the mood etc you are in but did not give up. Next run will be week 9! I still cannot believe it.... the weeks flew by. X

Well done for pushing through a tough run. Every run is a learning experience and it is the harder runs that provide stamina and strength. Good work and roll on week 9!

Well done on getting out even though tired...

I start week 9 tomorrow or possibly Sunday as been away hiking over last few days .. covered 24 k so may be a wacked myself in morning...
