consolidation run 2 !

Well that was a different animal altogether! I didn't feel as though I was about to die . The splits very quicker for 2 km too .I also jogged for 33 mins without stopping. My reward , asides from feeling pleased , a good coffee and a pancake with jam .

I did my first consolidation run this morning with my cocker spaniel Hugo, I went on a different route and I not sure whether it’s because I’ve taken the pressure off myself, I ran for 34 minutes without stopping and found it easier slightly today. I’m still only a snail and 5k is probably a few weeks away yet, but I enjoyed it 😊

Yes I'm a snail too , but i have a goal in mind for 5 km , I may achieve for the new year lol .Well done
