Does anyone else have the same problem as me? Since I started C25K I’ve experienced hot flushes both day and night. They’re not bad, not sweaty, but enough to waken me up umpteen times a night. I’ve never had them before and it seems a strange coincidence. I realise at 52 they’re likely normal but why have they started at the same time? I used to sleep really well and now feel like I’m struggling through the day. 🛏🏃♀️🔥

It may just be a timing coincidence?? I certainly have the hot flushes you describe day & night, but already had them before doing C25K. 🥴
PS I find oil of evening primrose & red clover help a bit.
