Set out on this one slightly annoyed as the app wouldn't let us have Sarah as our coach π first 5 mind went ok but by 10 mins legs were heavy and felt niggles and aches everywhere, there was a decision to be made slow down and complete vs trying to keep a good pace and risk not making it. There was only one option slow it down so we did. We made it to the half time bell and turned round to head back but pushed on and made it to last 5 mins. There wasn't going to be any 60 second sprint finish but we knew we would finish π and yes we did. Slightly disappointed that it didn't feel as comfortable as run one and is the first time our time and distance hasn't increased but was still a good pace and we did it. Going to take 2 days rest and smash the final run on Sunday πββοΈπββοΈ so close now π₯³

I found this run really tough too, then we went on to do our best run ever when we graduated.
