Help!!!!! Have lost it! 😳
Graduated on fri with a 5k run (42 mins) . Yay! It was my 3rd 5k.
Three days later (yesterday) and feeling confident, I tried a quick run on usual route to break in new replacement shoes but only managed 500m before stopping. . What? Shoes were fine. Legs like jelly. Walked home.
I went out this morning with Laura for motivation on week 6,1. and couldn’t do the final5 min run. Same time of day, route, music, pace, shoes, clothes and nice and cool. -no excuse. Don’t think I’m ill or injured. What’s going on? Am beetroot!
What should my next run be? Repeat week6,1 and carry on without breaks if it feels ok?
