Had a couple of rest days as found week 7 run 3 hard and was dreading the extra 3 mins. Knew I could do it but think am frightened of ‘going it alone’ for longer periods of time between Laura coming back in. Slowed it down today (Even more) and did it!!!! Really want to enjoy it (and do when i get to the end), seem to more endure it atm - early days I know 🏃♀️

Did the same run today. I pretty much hated last week, and today was great (33 mins!) So finally starting to accept the ebb and flow of good runs, blah runs, and ones you wish will end as soon as you set off. Hope your next one is great, but even if it isn't a future one will be. And you are doing it - you are doing it!!!
